Three explosive devices were thrown at the Russian consulate in Marseille early Monday morning, causing no injuries or damage. The devices, described as homemade and contained in 50-cl soda bottles, were launched into the consulate's garden. Moscow condemned the incident as a "terrorist attack," coinciding with the third anniversary of Russia's invasion of Ukraine. An investigation has been launched by the Marseille prosecutor's office.
